Iain Kitching (BFE) is the Editor of 'The Swimmers' for Working Title and Netflix. It was picked as the opening film for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in 2022 and was nominated for a BAFTA for 'Outstanding British Film'. Iain was also nominated for 'The Swimmers' by the British Film Editors for 'Best Edited British Drama'. The film has been seen by at least 100 million people worldwide. 'My Brother the Devil' was one of the most acclaimed films of 2013, winning major awards at Sundance, Berlin and BFI London Film Festivals among others. It was released in cinemas internationally including in 12 US cities. The short film 'The Fifth Bowl' won a Welsh BAFTA and Iain has worked with Oscar winners Danny Boyle, James Gay-Rees and Hans Zimmer as well as Hollywood powerhouse Doug Liman. As well as drama, Iain also has a breadth of experience in documentary. He is a musician and has played guitar most of his life whilst dabbling with other instruments. With experience of sound design, photography, visual art and acting (He played a zombie in 'Shaun of the Dead' - Laertes in 'Hamlet' and performed at the Edinburgh Fringe in 'Nowhere Fast') he believes all of these interests come together in the edit suite to help him make the best cut for the project in hand. His latest feature 'Unicorns' is due to be released theatrically in 2024 after being picked to screen at the BFI Film Festival in 2023 and at BFI Flare in 2024.

Percentiles are each film's standing among all films on MovieCove; the typical film is the median, so one outlier cannot drag it. Percentiles and reviewer scores count the films IMDb credits them on, for now; the Midcredits score bands, the shape of the crowd and the two cards count their MovieCove titles, shows included (a show ranked among shows), appearances as themselves left out. A descriptor is the shape of a title's IMDb rating distribution against the catalog; "most divisive" needs a spread wider than half of all titles, and a card names only a principal credit: a craft role, and on a show a crew role or a run of episodes, never a courtesy credit or a one-off guest spot.
