Danny Pardo

Actor · Born November 15, 1971 (54) · Buenos Aires, Argentina

Danny Pardo, is a Film, TV, and Voiceover actor living and working in Los Angeles since January 2005. He has had strong Starring and Supporting roles playing opposite star names such as John Travolta, Lukas Haas, Kiefer Sutherland, Michael Chiklis, David Boreanaz, Wentworth Miller, Gina Gershon, Susan Lucci, Armand Assante, Danny Trejo, Steven Bauer, Tom Sizemore and Eileen Davidson just to mention a few and recorded voice-overs with Jason Sudeikis, Ed Harris, Julie Bowen, Erik Estrada and many others. He became an international star in 2015 when Oscar winning Director Juan Jose Campanella cast him on the Series Regular role of Padre Martin in the Argentinian-produced TV Series Entre Canibales (IMDb: Cannibals - 2015). The media and industry people described Pardo's performance as "An exquisite presence, with warmth, charisma and believably". Campanella on Argentina's National Radio stated, "Danny is a find; he has a different way of 'being' and he brings a fresh, honest and strong portrayal of a priest from the slums". Because of Pardo's universally positive reception in Argentina, he has been interviewed across all media platforms, including national and regional newspapers, magazines, radio, and online media. Thanks to distribution agreements with FOX-Life, Yes Drama and Sony Entertainment Television, the show aired in the Latin American markets (Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, etc), Israel, Russia and ex USSR countries. This exposure has made Pardo a recognizable face on the streets of Buenos Aires and a known actor in the other markets. Son of European immigrants with a rich culture coming from Italy, Spain, Yugoslavia and Argentina and speaking Spanish, English, Portuguese and Italian fluently, Danny has had the chance to perform in these languages in Films, TV Shows, Commercials, Voiceovers, Hosting Shows and Emceeing Live Events. As a recognized Voiceover talent, he has voiced Animated Films such as in Disney's Planes: Fire & Rescue and TV Shows such as Fast & Furious Spy Racers and The Cleveland Show. In Videogames he did it for Jumanji The Video Game, Cyberpunk 2077, Call of Duty - Black Ops II, Grand Theft Auto 5, and many others. He's been awarded the Best Leading Actor trophy for his role in She Was at the 2013 48 Hour Film Festival. The motto he goes by describes why he has become successful in a very competitive business in such a short period of time: "It is not what you do, but actually it is HOW you do what you do that makes a difference"...

Percentiles are each film's standing among all films on MovieCove; the typical film is the median, so one outlier cannot drag it. Percentiles and reviewer scores count the films IMDb credits them on, for now; the Midcredits score bands, the shape of the crowd and the two cards count their MovieCove titles, shows included (a show ranked among shows), appearances as themselves left out. A descriptor is the shape of a title's IMDb rating distribution against the catalog; "most divisive" needs a spread wider than half of all titles, and a card names only a principal credit: a craft role, and on a show a crew role or a run of episodes, never a courtesy credit or a one-off guest spot.
